Triathlon Training Camps
The purpose of our Training Camps is to increase your knowledge of the sport whilst developing weaknesses. The aim of the Camp is that you go home educated and exhausted, and armed with the tools to have a breakthrough season. They are a great opportunity to execute larger volume with a structured focus, with larger recovery periods in a beautiful training location. We hold 2 camps per year with preference given to athletes already on Performance programs. The Camps are suitable to athletes of all abilities because sizes are small (10 – 12) to ensure 100% support, commitment, technique analysis and feedback.

Winter Camp – 6 days in Noosa, Queensland
Summer Camp – 6 days in Bright, Victoria
Swim, bike and run coaching
Lactate testing (optional extra)
Run video analysis and review
Strength coach in attendance
Accommodation (twin share)
Full car support + on board nutrition
