    Performance by 3 coordinates a variety of rides each week catering for all riders, which include skills-based sessions in Centennial Park, medium intensity rides in surrounding suburbs including La Perouse and Watsons Bay, TT-specific race pace sessions, and longer duration rides on weekends including Waterfall via Sutherland and Akuna Bay via Manly.

    Done right, running is one of the simplest most pure and rewarding sports that you can do. Whether you want to shift a couple of kilos or you are heading to your favourite distance race, the basics and fundamentals remain the same regardless of your level and once they are mastered you are set to enjoy pain free, faster running for years to come.

PB3 is an endurance squad coached by Nationally accredited Level 2 coach Chris Hanrahan, and caters for all athletes looking for individualised coaching in swim, bike and run. Specialising in helping athletes achieve breakthrough performances both in a face to face squad environment and online coaching, Chris’ philosophy is that results come first and foremost from hard work, careful planning and commitment from all parties. Combine this with consistent feedback and technical advice and the results will simply follow.

Chris has a proven track record with athletes at all levels from professionals down to the person entering their first triathlon. Whether you want to go to the world champs in Kona, or just complete your first sprint distance triathlon, the training principles are still the same.
